We seek a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to drive site maintenance strategy and improve plant performance. You will lead preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance, oversee contractors and maintenance systems, and coach a high-performing team

Qualifications

• Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical trade background.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Strong track record in maintenance strategy and reliability improvement.
• Experience with Maintenance Management systems (e.g. MEX) and structured maintenance systems.
• Ability to influence, coach and build high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving capability with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours to engage with both AM/PM shift team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the site maintenance strategy to drive plant reliability, uptime and overall performance.
• Oversee preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance; manage contractors and maintenance systems.
• Coordinate maintenance activities around operational needs and conduct root cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team to build capability within a high-performing function.
