Pental, proudly part of the DuluxGroup, is expanding its Australian manufacturing footprint. As Maintenance Planner at our site, you will maximise equipment reliability, plant performance and operational efficiency.

Working with maintenance, production and engineering teams, you will plan and execute preventative and predictive maintenance, manage work orders in CMMS, and drive reliability improvements to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning or supervision within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on CMMS experience with SAP PM, MEX, Pronto or Maximo.
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance across site.
• Manage work orders, schedules and asset records in CMMS.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production and engineering to improve reliability.
