The Pental team, part of DuluxGroup, seeks a Reliability Maintenance Manager to lead site maintenance, drive safety-first culture, and improve plant reliability through preventative maintenance and capital projects.

You will partner with operations, manage budgets, and champion continuous improvement while delivering measurable productivity gains and long-term capability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As Reliability Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of a high‑performing manufacturing operation. Leading the maintenance team and partnering with key stakeholders across the site, you will champion a safety‑first culture while optimising plant performance through preventative maintenance, capital projects, and operational excellence initiatives.
