QA Build’s Residential Division is seeking an experienced Plant Operator/Labourer to operate Excavators and Skid Steers on resort construction sites in Queensland. The role is casual with long‑term opportunities, commencing on a casual basis with potential permanent positions for the right candidate.

Applicants should hold an HR Truck Licence, a White Card, and be able to work well in a team as well as independently. Traffic safety and site rules are essential, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators and skid steers on construction sites.
• HR Truck Licence is required.
• Telehandler or C6 crane licence advantageous.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious team player who can work independently.
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
• Willing to labour as required.

Responsabilités

The Opportunity

QA Build’s Residential Division is seeking an experienced Plant Operator/Labourer for our new Cotswold Hills or Highfields Heights resort. This is an ongoing project with long‑term opportunities across multiple sites. The role will commence on a casual basis, with permanent positions available for the right candidate.

What we're looking for:

• Previous operating experience in an Excavator & Skid Steer
• HR Truck Licence
• Telehandler or C6 Crane licence advantageous
• A reliable and trustworthy team member with the ability to work well with others, but also independently
• Have excellent communication skills and safety conscious
• General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
• Current Driver's Licence & White card
• Happy to help out and Labour as required
