Job summary

Randstad is seeking an all-rounder Plant Operator and Labourer to join a quarry in Bacchus Marsh on the night shift. The role combines front end loader operations with manual labour and site housekeeping.

Training starts on day shift with night shift pay of $56.04 per hour once rotation occurs. The successful candidate will hold a Front end loader ticket (Moxy) and a Water Cart ticket, be able to perform labouring duties, pass a full medical and a National Police Check.

• Front end loader ticket (Moxy) and water cart tickets required.
• Must be able to do labouring duties and not just stay in machinery.
• Pass a full medical including drug and alcohol test.
• National Police Check.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A MOBILE PLANT OPERATOR ROLE IT INCLUDES MANUAL LABOUR ALSO

Pay is $43.11 per hour for initial day shift training however once its night shift pay goes to $56.04 per hour.

Two shifts available:
4pm-2am (initially complete training on day shift for the first month)
8pm-6:30am

All rounder role with weekly rotation of below duties:

Operation of front end loader, moxy,water cart.

Plate press operation- fixed plant control operation (computer literate).

Maintenance and housekeeping of Sand Wash plant- hosing, shovelling, fixed plant inspections.

What you need

Front end loader ticket/moxy ticket/water cart ticket.
