Job summary

Randstad is seeking an all-round Plant Operator and Labourer for night shift in Bacchus Marsh. Role includes operating front end loader, Moxy and water cart, plus plate press control and fixed plant tasks. Labour duties and site maintenance are required, with a training period on day shift before night work.

Shifts run 4pm-2am or 8pm-6:30am with rotation among duties; a medical and police check are mandatory, and tickets for loaders, Moxy, and water cart are essential.

Qualifications

• Front end loader ticket, Moxy ticket and Water cart ticket required.
• Must be able to perform labouring duties in addition to machinery work.
• Pass a full medical including drug and alcohol screening.
• National Police Check required.

Responsibilities

• Operate front end loader, Moxy and water cart.
• Plate press operation - fixed plant control (computer literate).
• Maintain and clean Sand Wash plant, including hose work and inspections.

Randstad is looking for an all rounder Plant Operator and labourer to work in a quarry for nightshift in Bacchus Marsh.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A MOBILE PLANT OPERATOR ROLE IT INCLUDES MANUAL LABOUR ALSO Pay is $43.11 per hour for initial day shift training however once its night shift pay goes to $56.04 per hour. Two shifts available:
4pm-2am (initially complete training on day shift for the first month)
8pm-6:30am All rounder role with weekly rotation of below duties:

• Operation of front end loader, moxy,water cart.
• Plate press operation- fixed plant control operation (computer literate).
• Maintenance and housekeeping of Sand Wash plant- hosing, shovelling, fixed plant inspections.

What you need

• Front end loader ticket/moxy ticket/water cart ticket.
• Must be able to do labouring duties and not just stay in machinery.
• Pass a full medical (drug and alcohol test).
• National Police Check.
