Randstad is seeking an experienced Quarry Operator for a modern sand plant in Bacchus Marsh, VIC. You will run both mobile and fixed processing equipment, with a safety-first culture and strong teamwork.

Typical roster is 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime. Training starts on day shift; pay starts at 43.11 AUD/hr and increases to 56.04 AUD/hr on night shift. Apply to join a reliable, safety-minded crew.

Qualifications

• Valid tickets for heavy equipment required (Front End Loader, Articulated Haul Truck/Moxy, Watercart).
• Current MR or HR Driver Licence.
• Prior quarry/mining/sand processing/heavy earthmoving experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy mobile plant safely (Front End Loader, Articulated Haul Truck/Moxy, Watercart).
• Monitor fixed sand washing and processing plant.
• Perform pre-start checks, inspections and logbook entries.
