Job summary

Tenterfield Shire Council is seeking Plant Operators to join the Infrastructure Works team across Tenterfield and Urbenville, NSW. This long-term role offers a clear career path with a competitive salary of $60,143 - $69,259 per year plus Award Allowances and 12% super.

Responsibilities include operating civil plant and road construction machinery, pothole patching, signaling and erosion controls, and performing daily checks.

Qualifications

• Certificate II in Civil Construction (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience operating civil plant and road machinery.
• Strong safety mindset, particularly in live traffic environments.

Is This You?

• Certificate II in Civil Construction (or equivalent experience)

The following will be highly regarded:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction (or willingness to obtain – Council support provided)
• General Construction (White) Card
• Certificate of Competency for relevant plant
• First Aid Certificate
