Qualifications

• Hold relevant RII ticket.
• Have a Construction Induction Card.
• Be reliable and trustworthy.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Follow Safe work practices.
• Have sound knowledge of Trimble GPS units (excavator operator).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screening.
• Have unlimited working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• OPERATOR: Operate/d r ive plant and equipment safely per SOPs; carry out pre-start checklists; daily servicing (cleaning, lubrication, refuelling); report faults to supervisor; ensure safety of onsite personnel and public; keep plant clean.

Position Available

Custom Land Group are offering full-time and casual opportunities for a the position of Plant Operator and Ground Crew across Burnett Heads and region.

• Excavator Operators 12 T - 40 T ( Trimble GPS )

• Ground Crew

This is a Full Time position for qualified person who will be required to work in a fast paced role working with highly skilled professional development team. Resposibilities

OPERATORS

• Operate/ drive plant and equipment safely as per the standard operating procedures
• Carry out pre start checklists on plant
• Daily service plant including cleaning, lubricating, re-fueling.
• Report any faults or breakages to supervisor.
• Ensure safety of onsite personel and public in accordance with legislation.
• Keep plant clean and tidy

GROUND CREW

• General Labouring onsite working around pipe laying, concreting and pits, roadworks and landscaping.
• Will be working around large machinery and must have a good sense of awareness
• Must be able to listen to instructions and be able to work unsupervised
• Great opportunity to learn bobcat and excavator and other civil duties
