BOC is seeking a Site Supervisor – Onsite VIC to lead day-to-day plant operations at the Altona plant and Geelong ASU, while providing operational backup to Westernport ASU. You will supervise loading, unloading and LPG transfers, issue permits and drive safety and compliance across sites.

Lead production planning, start-ups/shutdowns, and emergency response, coordinating contractors and teams. The role requires on-call duties, travel between sites, and a full-time roster in a safety-critical

Qualificações

• Possess technical qualifications or courses in relevant fields.
• Demonstrate leadership in plant operations and safety.
• Experience supervising maintenance and contractors is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day plant operations, including supervision of loading and transfers.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following safety rules and facility requirements.
• Supervise employees and contractors to meet production and safety standards.
• Manage production planning, shutdowns, start-ups and emergency responses.
• Issue work permits and oversee safe work practices.
• Act as Emergency Warden and coordinate drills and responses.
• Ensure timely deliveries, manage stock and chemical handling.
• Prepare daily production reports and support training initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and cost control.
