Job summary

Adaptalift Group in Seven Hills, NSW, is seeking a skilled Plant Equipment / Forklift Mechanic to join our team in the workshop. You’ll diagnose, repair and service forklift and plant equipment, ensuring machinery is workshop-ready and delivered to a high standard.

This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a start window from 6:00am to 5:00pm and a focus on safety, quality workmanship and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified mechanic with forklift and plant equipment servicing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plant and forklift equipment.
• Complete mechanical inspections and condition reports.
• Prepare repair quotes and recommend required works.
• Perform servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales and yard teams.
• Maintain high safety and workmanship standards.
