Divalls is seeking a Plant Coordinator to organise and allocate plant, equipment, operators and subcontractors to keep jobs running efficiently. You’ll work hands-on with managers, operators, clients and the MD to ensure the right people and gear are in the right place at the right time.

You’ll coordinate and schedule plant and staff, monitor maintenance, manage driver rosters and ensure safety, quality and compliance across projects in the transport/earthmoving sector.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating plant, equipment and staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Safety, quality and compliance focus.
• Experience in transport, earthmoving or construction is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Manage and allocate company plant and equipment, including low loaders and watercarts.
• Coordinate operators and staff according to changing operational demands.
• Schedule jobs, subcontractors and equipment.
• Work closely with managers and supervisors to meet targets and client expectations.
• Maintain plant allocation job sheets.
• Process employee timesheets and ensure correct invoicing.
• Coordinate vehicle and machine availability for routine maintenance.
• Monitor driver rosters and hours to support fatigue management.
