You’ll work closely with managers, supervisors and allocators, helping ensure the right equipment and people are in the right place at the right time.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; eager to learn in a busy operation.
• Strong communication, organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work with fleet, staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with allocation of plant and equipment and scheduling.
• Coordinate staff, operators and subcontractors.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare quotes and maintain job sheets and diaries.
• Assist with maintenance coordination and WHS/quality systems.
