Job summary

CDC Data Centres Pty is seeking an experienced Development Planning Lead to manage the overall construction schedule for its Marsden Park site, set to become the largest data centre campus in the Southern Hemisphere, with a split location to Sydney CBD.

You will lead scheduling, reporting, and analytics, optimise resource allocation, and drive critical path management across the programme, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Primavera P6 and strong understanding of construction sequencing and terminology.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and analytics oversight on complex projects.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralised project scheduling, reporting, and analytics system to track performance across the programme.
• Review construction sequences, critical paths and dependencies to assess risk and optimise resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and identify trends for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project performance, milestones and scheduled progress.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement adjustments and reduce scheduling conflicts.
