Job summary

Mace is seeking a planning professional to contribute to the delivery and readiness of a multi-phase data centre campus in Queensland, Australia. The role focuses on planning, scheduling and monitoring across tenders and construction activities.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in planning on complex projects, strong stakeholder management, and experience with data centre environments. Hybrid working options are available as suitable for the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Engineering or related discipline with 8+ years' planning experience in a complex project environment.
• Strong knowledge of planning methodologies, scheduling software and programme controls.
• Experience across multi-disciplinary construction and data centre environments.

The project:

This opportunity forms part of one of the most significant hyperscale data centre developments in the Asia Pacific region, delivering a multi-gigawatt, mission-critical campus in Queensland, Australia. With a projected construction programme spanning more than six years, the project offers the rare opportunity to contribute to a landmark development through multiple phases of design, delivery and operational readiness.

Working alongside a world-class client and an exceptional Mace team, you will help deliver infrastructure of the highest quality within a heavily regulated environment. This role will suit professionals who have experience on large-scale, complex projects and who consistently demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, professionalism and technical excellence.

You’ll be responsible for:
