TwoScots Recruitment partners with a leading Australian NDIS Plan Management provider to recruit experienced NDIS Plan Managers. This 100% remote role is Australia-wide, offering an initial 6-month contract with strong potential for permanency.

The position pays AU$75,000–AU$80,000 plus super and requires you to manage participant funding, budgets and enquiries in line with NDIS guidelines. Immediate starts available and growth within a fast‑growing team.

Qualificações

• Previous hands-on NDIS Plan Management experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of NDIS funding, pricing arrangements, claims and guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex enquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional NDIS Plan Management support to participants, families and coordinators.
• Manage participant funding, budgets and enquiries, ensuring alignment with NDIS guidelines.
• Review invoices, claims and funding discrepancies.
• Advise participants and stakeholders on NDIS funding eligibility, pricing arrangements and available budgets.
• Work collaboratively within a team to manage high-volume workloads and meet service targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Provide exceptional customer service and specialist NDIS Plan Management support to participants, families and support coordinators


• Manage participant funding, budgets and enquiries, ensuring alignment with NDIS guidelines


• Review and resolve complex invoices, claims and funding discrepancies


• Advise participants and stakeholders on NDIS funding eligibility, pricing arrangements and available budgets


• Work collaboratively within a team to manage high-volume workloads and meet service targets


• Utilise innovative technology and automated systems to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Previous hands-on NDIS Plan Management experience is essential


• Strong understanding of NDIS funding, pricing arrangements, claims and guidelines


• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the confidence to manage complex enquiries


• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


• Tech-savvy, adaptable and enthusiastic about learning new systems

• Experience within a larger NDIS Plan Management provider advantageous
