You will build partnerships with local employers and community organisations, track outcomes, and help youths develop confidence and employability. The role emphasizes hustle, follow-through, and outcome-driven work.

Working within our Transition to Work contract, you'll be on the front line selling potential, opening doors, and creating real job outcomes for young people. This is not a desk bound role it's about hustle, heart, and follow-through.

But where this role really shines? Employer engagement.

You'll be the person who won't take no for an answer, confidently pitching motivated young people to employers, reverse-marketing candidates with limited experience but huge potential. You know how to sell attitude over experience and turn "maybe" into "when can they start?"

You will:

• MOTIVATE, EMPOWER & CHAMPION young people throughout their employment journey
• Actively source job opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and relationship-building with local employers
• Convince employers to give youth a chance - highlighting reliability, eagerness to learn, and cultural fit
• Match participants to vacancies and create opportunities where none existed
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and community organisations to unlock pathways to work
• Track outcomes, follow up relentlessly, and celebrate every win - big or small
• Work closely with small groups of young people to build their confidence, strengthen their employability skills, and support their transition into meaningful future pathways
