Job summary

Merivale is seeking talented Pizza Chefs to join our Sydney kitchens, with opportunities across our Sydney venues and a dedicated pizza production team in Mascot. You’ll bring a passion for pizza, quality ingredients and hospitality excellence to busy kitchens in the Eastern Suburbs and beyond.

Ideal candidates have experience in pizza making, dough prep and a strong team spirit, ready to learn and grow within a leading hospitality group in a vibrant city.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Pizza Chef or in a professional kitchen.
• A genuine passion for pizza and quality food.
• Experience with dough preparation, stretching and cooking pizza.
• The ability to work efficiently and consistently in a busy kitchen.
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
• Strong attention to quality, presentation and food safety.
• A desire to learn, develop and grow within a leading hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas to standard in busy Sydney kitchens.
• Maintain high quality, consistency and presentation of dishes.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen teams and venues across Sydney.
• Assist in pizza production when required in Mascot production team.

Summer is coming, and we’re looking for talented Pizza Chefs to join our Sydney kitchens.

We’re looking for chefs who are passionate about pizza, quality ingredients and great hospitality. Whether you’re an experienced Pizza Chef or a chef looking to further develop your pizza skills, we have opportunities across our Sydney venues.

With a strong presence across the Eastern Suburbs, these roles offer the opportunity to join busy, vibrant kitchens, work alongside talented teams and be part of some of Sydney’s most exciting hospitality environments.

We also have opportunities within our pizza production team in Mascot, making this a great time to join the team ahead of the busy summer period.

About You
