075 Pinsa Romana in New Farm, Brisbane, is seeking a Pizza Chef / Kitchen Hand on a full-time basis. You will craft traditional and specialty pizzas, maintain high standards, and ensure a clean, hygienic work area while collaborating with the kitchen team.

Ideal candidates include apprentices or those with pizza making experience, able to work Wed-Sun, and with strong teamwork and food-safety commitment. Salary is competitive with staff meals and development opportunities.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented / aspiring Pizza Chef / Kitchen Hand to join the dynamic team at 075 Pinsa Romana' in the vibrant suburb of New Farm, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and authentic Italian pizzas in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and specialty pizzas to the highest standards
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
• Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to continually improve processes and efficiency

What we're looking for

• An apprentice willing and eager to learn OR someone with pizza making experience
• Knowledge and confidence in a kitchen environment
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Must be able to able to work Wednesday - Sunday (this can be flexible for the right candidate)
• Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
