Firebox Pizza in Hawthorn is seeking an experienced, friendly Pizza Chef to join a busy, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prepare pizzas, pastas, salads and desserts while keeping quality and service at a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the kitchen according to Firebox procedures
• Hand-stretch, top and cook pizzas from start to finish
• Prepare and cook pastas, salads, sides and desserts if necessary
• Follow recipes, portioning standards and presentation guidelines
• Maintain consistent food quality during busy service periods
• Keep your workstation clean, organized and fully stocked
• Assist with preparation, closing duties and general kitchen operations
• Work closely with the wider team to provide fast and efficient service
