Job summary

Ingenia is seeking a skilled Pizza Chef for Tallow Cafe & Bar to join our kitchen team. The role delivers high quality food and supports daily operations across food preparation, cooking, and presentation at venues in New South Wales, Queensland or Victoria.

You will work with the Head Chef to create daily specials, manage stock and ordering, and uphold food safety standards to ensure guest satisfaction in a welcoming holiday park environment.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen handling.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food preparation, cooking and presentation while maintaining quality and kitchen standards.
• Support Head Chef and Venue Manager with ordering and stock management.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene; inspect incoming produce for quality; manage waste.
• Prepare daily specials to enhance guest experience and uphold taste and presentation.
• Assist with training and coordinating kitchen staff as required.
