T’Gallant Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a skilled Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen on a casual basis. You’ll work with dough, fresh ingredients and our pizza ovens to deliver quality pizzas during busy services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience making pizzas in a commercial kitchen.
• Confidence with dough preparation, stretching and pizza oven operation.
• A genuine passion for food, quality ingredients and great pizza.
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organised during busy services.
• A positive attitude, reliability and a team-first approach.
• Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts, including peak trading periods.

Responsibilities

• Work confidently with pizza dough, fresh ingredients and commercial pizza ovens.
• Deliver consistent quality and presentation during busy services.
• Keep your workstation organised, clean and ready for service.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience.
