Webuild S.p.A. is seeking a Piping Supervisor to join the Perdaman project’s site team in Western Australia. You will oversee piping activities, ensure safety and quality, and lead technicians to deliver on schedule and within budget.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will collaborate with project managers and engineers on site at Karratha to ensure standards are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency.

Formación

• Proven experience supervising SMP projects in oil, gas or construction sectors.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems and safety protocols.
• Proactive, organized with the ability to work under pressure.
• 10+ years’ experience in a supervisory role.

Piping Supervisor

Deliver a sustainable future with WA’s landmark urea project! This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA. Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities. We are currently searching for Piping Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising SMP projects, preferably in the oil, gas, or construction industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
