Clough, part of a JV with Saipem, is delivering the CERES urea plant in Karratha, WA, a landmark project for Western Australia expected to create thousands of jobs and strong local benefits. We are seeking a courageous, motivated supervisor with 10+ years’ experience to oversee piping activities, lead a technical team, ensure safety, quality, and schedule on a 19:9 site rotation to the Karratha site.

• 10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
• Proven experience supervising SMP projects in oil, gas, or construction sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols and industry standards.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high performance and effective teamwork.
• Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure optimal standards.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.

Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
• Proven experience in supervising SMP projects, preferably in the oil, gas, or construction industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
