Job summary

Ngarda-Ngarli Marlpa in the Pilbara is seeking a Programs Manager for the Pilbara Ranger Network to oversee funded ranger programs across eleven teams. You will lead cross-functional project delivery, manage consultants, and align activity with community priorities.

Based in Karratha with regular travel across the Pilbara, you will build strong relationships with Aboriginal ranger teams, funders and partners, while growing the network and ensuring program delivery on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs or projects in Indigenous land management context.
• Ability to translate diverse priorities into clear program actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with communities, funders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Hold overview of PRN funded programs across the network and report status.
• Identify connections and opportunities for collaboration across programs.
• Develop scopes of work for consultants and contractors and monitor progress.
• Oversee program reporting to funders and manage budgets with the finance team.
• Supervise program staff as the team grows and support their development.
