Job summary

TLC Health Clubs in Mordialloc is seeking a part-time Pilates instructor to join their growing program. As an instructor, you will deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes and work with physiotherapists and allied health professionals to support member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recognised Reformer Pilates qualification (e.g. Polestar, APPI, BASI, Studio Pilates).
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse member base.
• Confidence working with a range of clients from beginners to rehab-informed exercise.
• Genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and safe Reformer and/or Mat Pilates classes.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive class environment.
• Support member progression, retention, and overall experience.
• Contribute ideas to enhance and grow the Pilates offering.
• Collaborate with the wider health club and allied health team.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation, and safety.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

About You

You will ideally have:

• A recognised ReformerPilates qualification
  (e.g. Polestar, APPI, BASI, Studio Pilates, Diploma-level or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse member base
• Confidence working with a range of clients - from beginners to those seeking more supported or rehab-informed exercise
• A genuine interest inhealth, wellbeing and client outcomes
• A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a growing program
