Job summary

HealthyPeople Pty Ltd. in Canberra, home of STRONG Braddon, is seeking passionate STRONG Instructors to lead Pilates-inspired cardio sessions.

You’ll motivate participants, model great form, and create a welcoming studio experience that empowers people to move with confidence. You’ll join a dynamic team with a commitment to wellness, complete the STRONG Academy two-week training, and then deliver the STRONG experience to our community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of group fitness teaching experience.
• Certificate in Group Fitness (Cert III/IV, Pilates, Lagree, Dance, Cycle, or similar).
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes and deliver the STRONG experience to participants.
• Inspire and empower others to reach their fitness goals.
• Attend STRONG Academy training and implement coaching skills.
