Job summary

STRONG Ashburton is hiring founding Instructors to lead Pilates, strength and cardio classes with a dynamic presence. Join a new Ashburton studio and be part of the pre-opening journey, with fully funded STRONG Academy training and opportunities to shape the member experience.

You'll be a people person with standout customer service skills, and must meet standard qualifications including First Aid, a relevant cert or degree, and group fitness teaching experience.

Qualifications

• One of the following: Cert III or IV in Fitness, a reformer Pilates certification, a diploma in dance, or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• At least 6 months of group fitness teaching experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates, strength and cardio classes with energy and presence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming studio culture.

Education

Cert III or IV in Fitness

Reformer Pilates certification

Diploma in dance

Bachelor's degree in a related field
