Job summary

STRONG Braddon is seeking passionate Instructors to lead Pilates-inspired cardio classes and empower clients to reach their wellness goals. You will be a true studio leader, fostering a welcoming, high-energy environment and delivering the STRONG experience to our community.

Successful applicants will complete the STRONG Academy training, must have at least 6 months of group fitness teaching, a Group Fitness certificate, and current First Aid & CPR.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience.
• Certificate in Group Fitness (Cert III/IV, Pilates, Lagree, Dance, Cycle or similar).
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates-inspired cardio classes and empower participants to reach goals.
• Inspire others and deliver the STRONG experience in the studio as a true leader.
• Deliver classes with a focus on wellness and high energy while maintaining safety and customer service.
