Job summary

STRONG Braddon is seeking passionate STRONG Instructors to lead Pilates-inspired, cardio-infused classes in our Braddon studio. You will inspire participants, deliver energizing workouts, and foster a welcoming community.

All successful instructors will join the STRONG Academy two-week program to learn the STRONG method, sharpen coaching skills, and prepare to deliver exceptional experiences to our members. We value teamwork, excellent customer service, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of group fitness teaching experience.
• Certificate in Group Fitness or Pilates-related qualification; higher qualifications preferred.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Passion for fitness, Pilates, and motivating others.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Availability to attend STRONG Academy on November 6-8 and November 13-15.

Responsibilities

• Lead STRONG studio classes with Pilates-inspired, cardio-infused plans.

About the role

We’re looking for STRONG Instructors who have a passion for the fitness industry, Pilates, and motivating others. You’ll be a true leader in the studio - an individual who not only leads classes but inspires and empowers others to reach their full potential.

All successful instructors will be required to complete our STRONG Academy - a two-week training program where you’ll learn the STRONG Pilates method, develop your coaching skills, and prepare to deliver the STRONG experience to our community.

About you

We’re looking for instructors who:

• Have a minimum of 6 months of group fitness teaching experience
• Certificate in Group Fitness (Cert III/IV, Pilates, Lagree, Dance, Cycle, or similar; higher qualifications highly regarded)
• Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate
• A passion for fitness, Pilates, and motivating others to reach their goals
• Are a strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Availability to attend STRONG Academy on November 6-8 and November 13-15
