Home Delivery Services (HDS) in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane, is seeking reliable Picker Packers for a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will pick and pack customer orders, use RF scanners and pallet rider equipment, and contribute to accuracy, safety and timely deliveries across our growing network.

Whether you have ambient, chiller, or freezer experience, you’ll join a team with paid training, clear progression, and a supportive culture.

About the Role:

As a Picker / Packer, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently before being delivered across our network. Using MHE / Pallet rider equipment and RF scanners, you’ll work as part of a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Successful applicants will be allocated to the team best suited to their skills and experience.

Ambient & White Milk:

• Repetitive manual handling including consistent lifting of heavier products
• Fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting daily productivity targets

Chiller:

• Temperature-controlled environment requiring exceptional attention to detail
• Precise, repetitive picking at a consistent high work rate

Freezer (Thawback):

• Work in sub-zero conditions at a reliable and consistent pace
• Previous freezer experience is highly regarded

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners
