Home Delivery Services – Eastern Creek NSW is seeking Warehouse Low Level Order Pickers (LLOP) for casual positions starting early morning. Join a fast-paced, cold storage environment where accuracy and speed matter as you pick and pack customer orders.

You'll need warehouse/pick/pack experience and be comfortable with heavy lifting and operating pallet riders. A strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to meet KPI targets of 200 cartons per hour are essential.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or pick/pack experience is required.
• MUST use pallet rider.
• Must meet pick-rate KPI of 200 cartons per hour.
• Cold storage environment experience preferred with PPE provided.
• Casual role with a pathway to full-time for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manually pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to daily productivity targets.
• Perform heavy lifting throughout shifts in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Ensure all packed orders meet quality and accuracy standards prior to dispatch.
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Identify and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect stock and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Casual | 5am & 11am Start | 6 Day Operation - Monday to Saturday | Fast Pace

Following a new client win at our Eastern Creek depot, we have multiple Picker/Packer positions available and we’re looking for motivated, physically capable people to join our day shift team. These are casual roles with a genuine pathway to full-time employment for the right candidates.

The Opportunity:

As a Picker/Packer at our Eastern Creek depot, you’ll be working in a fast-paced cold storage environment picking and packing customer orders accurately and to target. This is a physically demanding role involving consistent heavy lifting, so we’re looking for people who are fit, reliable, and ready to work hard. Warehouse or pick/pack experience is required, and prior exposure to milk, dairy, or chilled product environments will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to daily productivity targets
• Perform consistent heavy lifting throughout your shift in a chilled warehouse environment
• Ensure all packed orders meet quality and accuracy standards prior to dispatch
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to keep the operation running smoothly
• Identify and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect stock and maintain a clean and safe work area

You’ll Bring:

• The physical fitness and capability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout your shift
• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a MUST - prior exposure in retail, Grocery, or FMCG industry is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience using a pallet rider is a MUST
• Demonstrated ability to meet pick-rate KPIs of 200 cartons per hour
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to turning up and giving it your all every shift
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment with appropriate PPE
• A team-first attitude and strong commitment to safe work practices
