Job summary

Regal Recruitment is seeking experienced Packers & Pickers to join warehouses across Western Sydney. Roles involve picking and packing goods using RF scanners and Voice Picking Units, with dayshift hours only.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of pick/pack experience, reliable attendance, and access to transport. You must be able to start immediately, provide references, and be eligible to work in Australia, including required pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year pick/pack experience.
• Own transport or access to public transport.
• Available for full shift hours, 5 days a week.
• Able to provide recent work references.
• Entitled to work in Australia and ready for pre-employment checks (criminal history, medical, drug/alcohol) if required.
• Experience using RF scanners including voice picking units.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick/pack duties in a warehouse.
• Use RF scanners and voice-picking technology to process orders.
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance on shift.
• Report to shift supervisor and adhere to safety procedures.
• Support accurate order fulfilment and inventory checks.
