Job summary

The Innovative Group in Sydney’s Western Suburbs is hiring multiple Warehouse Pick Packers & Forklift Drivers for morning and day shifts. Immediate start available and long-term opportunities across busy warehouse teams.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a good eye for detail who can work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Warehouse experience is beneficial, and LO/LF forklift licences are an advantage for some roles.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Physically capable of manual handling.
• Available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders.
• RF scanning (in some roles).
• Manual order picking and packing.
• Labeling and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Forklift operation (if you possess an LO or LF licence).
• Quality checking products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Some data entry.
• General warehouse duties as required.
