Job summary

Blaze Staffing Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking reliable Pick Packers and Container Unloaders for Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. You will join busy warehousing and manufacturing environments handling picking, packing, RF scanning and container unloading.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, can work full-time Day shifts, and bring a reliable, flexible approach. Forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential; own transport and a valid driver’s licence are preferred.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment.

Pick Packers / Container Unloaders - Eastern Suburbs

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers and Container Unloaders to join our busy warehousing clients across Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs.

These roles offer the opportunity to become part of a supportive team within fast-paced manufacturing and warehousing environments. You’ll be responsible for a variety of duties, including:

• Picking and packing orders
• RF scanning
• Sorting and organising stock
• Quality control checks
• General warehouse and labouring duties
• Container unloading

To be successful in these positions, you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment
• Full-time availability to work Day shifts
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• A current Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
• Your own reliable transport and a valid Driver’s Licence
• Good communication skills and a professional presentation
• A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Your own PPE, including safety shoes, high-visibility vest and appropriate workwear
