Job summary

Randstad is hiring a Cold Storage Pick Packer in Brunswick for a part-time to ongoing role in a temperature-controlled warehouse. The position offers consistent hours with a clear pathway to ongoing work for high-performing candidates.

You will pick, pack, label, and sort orders using RF scanners, perform stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory data while working efficiently in refrigerated environments. A year of pick-packing experience and comfort in cold conditions are desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on pick-packing experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Proven comfort working continuously in cold environments.
• Demonstrated experience operating RF scanning equipment.
• Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a track record of excellent punctuality.

Join the Randstad team as a reliable Cold Storage Pick Packer in Brunswick. You will work within a supportive, fast-paced warehouse environment handling temperature-sensitive inventory. This position offers consistent part-time hours with a strong pathway to ongoing work for high-performing candidates.

Role: Cold Storage Pick Packer (Casual to Ongoing)

Pay Rate: $34.65 per hour + super

Hours: Part-Time | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
