Job summary

Randstad is seeking a reliable Cold Storage Pick Packer in Brunswick, VIC. The role offers part-time hours (Mon, Tue, Thu, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a pathway to ongoing work for high performers.

You will pick, pack and label orders in a temperature-controlled warehouse, using RF scanners and maintaining accurate inventory, while upholding WHS standards and safe packaging practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on pick-packing experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Comfort working continuously in cold environments.
• Experience operating RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, label and sort customer orders using RF scanners.
• Perform manual stock counts and update inventory logs.
• Work efficiently inside refrigerated environments.
• Visually inspect goods for damage and verify item batch codes.
• Adhere to WHS protocols and keep packing stations clean and organised.
