Labourpower Recruitment Services Pty Ltd is seeking 20 EXPERIENCED Pick Packers for a Greenacre food distribution client. Roles are ongoing long-term with shifts 3pm-11pm or 10pm-6am, Sunday to Thursday. Prior experience in cold storage and warehousing, RF scanning, and a strong eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanning and order picking.
• Previous experience in cold storage and warehousing.
• High level accuracy and attention to detail.
• Teamwork skills as well as ability to work autonomously.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Experience using LLOP/Electric Pallet Runners.
• Reaching KPIs.
• Experience with rework and repack.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders.
• Scanning and packing.
• Packing finished products accurately into boxes.
• Repack and labelling work.
• Inbound/outbound work.
• Receiving and returns.
• Be able to perform general production paper-work and quality checks.
