Job summary

Queensland Health Brisbane - North is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to deliver expert assessment and management across complex caseloads with a high level of professional autonomy.

You will contribute to service improvement and research while mentoring and supporting the development of the physiotherapy and multidisciplinary workforce, in line with Metro North Health values.

• Influence and enhance service delivery through quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, and clinical innovation.
• Mentor, educate, and support clinicians, students, and multidisciplinary team members to build capability and clinical excellence.
• Provide expert clinical advice and act as a trusted resource for colleagues, leaders, and key stakeholders across the service.
• Contribute to the leadership and day-to-day management of the physiotherapy team, helping to shape strategic and operational outcomes.
• Drive research and service improvement activities that strengthen patient care and support contemporary physiotherapy practice.
