Job summary

Metro North Health is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to lead advanced scope musculoskeletal care across emergency and urgent care settings. You will independently assess and manage complex presentations, applying evidence-based practice to drive innovative solutions and better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Provide advanced scope musculoskeletal physiotherapy services as a primary point of contact, independently assessing and managing complex presentations across emergency and urgent care settings.
• Apply expert clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to deliver innovative solutions and optimise outcomes for patients with diverse and complex needs.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to shape clinical practices, protocols and models of care that enhance patient experiences and service delivery.
• Influence and lead the growth of advanced scope physiotherapy services, driving clinical excellence and meaningful service improvement.
• Mentor, educate and support physiotherapists and multidisciplinary colleagues, helping to build capability and develop future clinical leaders.
• Contribute to research, quality improvement and innovation initiatives that advance physiotherapy practice and improve patient care across the continuum.
