Metro North Health, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to provide expert assessment and management across complex caseloads, delivering advanced, evidence-based care with a high level of professional autonomy.

The role includes mentoring the physiotherapy and multidisciplinary workforce, contributing to service improvement and research, and supporting leadership of the team to strengthen patient care.

• Influence and enhance service delivery through quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, and clinical innovation.
• Mentor, educate, and support clinicians, students, and multidisciplinary team members to build capability and clinical excellence.
• Provide expert clinical advice and act as a trusted resource for colleagues, leaders, and key stakeholders across the service.
• Contribute to the leadership and day-to-day management of the physiotherapy team, helping to shape strategic and operational outcomes.
• Drive research and service improvement activities that strengthen patient care and support contemporary physiotherapy practice.
