Metro North Hospital & Health Service is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to lead complex caseload assessment and management with autonomy, while contributing to research and workforce development.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, drive quality improvement, and provide expert clinical advice to leaders and colleagues across the service, strengthening patient care and clinical excellence. This role supports education and service excellence in a dynamic health environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide expert physiotherapy assessment and management across complex caseloads, delivering advanced, evidence-based care with a high level of professional autonomy. You will also contribute to service improvement and research while mentoring and supporting the development of the physiotherapy and multidisciplinary workforce.

• Influence and enhance service delivery through quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, and clinical innovation.
• Mentor, educate, and support clinicians, students, and multidisciplinary team members to build capability and clinical excellence.
• Provide expert clinical advice and act as a trusted resource for colleagues, leaders, and key stakeholders across the service.
• Contribute to the leadership and day-to-day management of the physiotherapy team, helping to shape strategic and operational outcomes.
• Drive research and service improvement activities that strengthen patient care and support contemporary physiotherapy practice.
