Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Physiotherapist – Aged Care for a part-time role (3 days) in Bankstown Sydney, NSW. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to older adults in residential or community aged-care settings.

The role focuses on maintaining and improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence, with a supportive environment led by senior clinicians; ideally 2+ years in aged care and current AHPRA registration.

  Salary Range: $39–$42 per hour + super (award basis)
  Client Demographic: Aged-care residents (predominantly older adults in residential/community aged-care settings)
  Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years preferred; new graduates are welcome if passionate about aged care

  Role Overview:
  We’re seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist who’s excited about making a difference in the lives of older adults. In this role you’ll deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in aged-care settings, working to maintain and improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence of clients.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry
  • Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly
  • Promote best-practice aged-care therapy and support accreditation requirements
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current General AHPRA registration
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience—preferably in aged care or allied health settings
  • New graduates who are enthusiastic about aged-care are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal aptitude and a genuine interest in elderly wellbeing
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, and uphold high standards of therapy service delivery
