Job summary

Generation Care in Parramatta, NSW is seeking a Physiotherapist to join a fully community-based team. You will travel to clients' homes, delivering personalised, evidence-based treatment plans to improve mobility and independence across your allocated area.

This role offers full-time, part-time or contracting opportunities, with clinical support and development within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• This role requires registration as a physiotherapist with AHPRA.
• Experience in aged care, community health or NDIS is highly regarded.
• Strong clinical reasoning and a person-centred approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our fully community-based team.

This role involves travelling to clients in their own homes across your allocated area.You will support clients with mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals, helping them remain independent and engaged in their everyday lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a mobile, community-based role
• Valid Australian working rights and relevant insurances
