Job summary

Guide Healthcare in Chapel Hill, Queensland, is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist for a permanent part-time role starting early November. You will support residential aged care residents to build strength, mobility and confidence, delivering evidence-based therapy 24 hours a week on weekdays.

The Role

You'll support residential aged are residents to build strength, mobility and confidence so they can live more independent and fulfilling lives. Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based, goal-oriented and outcome-driven therapy while building strong relationships with residents, families and the care team.
