Plena Healthcare in Adelaide is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care and community teams. You will deliver evidence-based mobility and functional therapy programs, review care plans, provide one-to-one interventions, and lead group-based active ageing activities alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver mobility and functional therapy programs in Residential Aged Care and community settings.
• Review and update care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide one-to-one interventions to residents to support individual goals.
• Lead and participate in group-based active ageing activities for residents.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and care staff to optimise client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.
