Voxx Recruitment is supporting an established allied health provider to hire a Physiotherapist for home-based care across North or West Melbourne. You’ll work with adults and older people in their own homes, focusing on aged care and Home Care Package clients to improve mobility and independence.
We offer flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time), reduced travel with client allocations near you, and remote report writing and administration.
Take your Physiotherapy skills into the community, work with a varied Adult caseload and help people get back to doing the things they love!
Looking for a role where you can build meaningful relationships with clients, broaden your community rehabilitation experience and be part of a collaborative allied health team?
We're working with an established and growing multidisciplinary allied health provider expanding its presence across Northern and Western Melbourne, and they're looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team.
With a focus on personalised, functional rehabilitation, this is an opportunity to work with adults and older people in their own homes, helping them improve their mobility, manage pain, build strength and maintain their independence.
You’ll be joining an organisation with an established history in home-based rehabilitation, a diverse multidisciplinary team and a genuine focus on helping people achieve meaningful outcomes in their everyday lives.
Flexible Working Arrangements: Full-time and part-time.
Less Time Travelling: Clients allocated as close to your preferred location as possible.
Work From Home: Complete report writing and administration remotely.
A Varied Clinical Environment: Exposure to functional rehabilitation, mobility, balance, pain management and post-operative recovery.
Multidisciplinary Team: Connect with approximately 20 clinicians across Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology and other allied health disciplines.
Physio-Led Leadership: Work alongside a Director who is a qualified Physiotherapist and understands the needs of community-based clinicians.
Clinical Collaboration: Share knowledge and connect with experienced clinicians across different disciplines.
You’ll be providing community-based Physiotherapy to adults and older people, predominantly supporting Aged Care and Home Care Package / Support at Home clients.

Your day-to-day will involve:
Conducting in-home Physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
Developing individualised rehabilitation programmes based on each client’s needs and goals.
Supporting clients with mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
Providing rehabilitation to support recovery, manage pain and improve physical function.
Helping clients maintain their confidence, independence and quality of life.
Managing your own caseload, appointments and clinical documentation.
Connecting with other allied health professionals to support positive client outcomes.
AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist.
Ideally 1+ years' clinical experience.
Previous community, aged care or Home Care Package experience would be advantageous.
Comfortable working independently and managing a community caseload.
Someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them achieve meaningful outcomes.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Contracting arrangements and rates also available.
