Job description

I’m currently partnering with a leading national healthcare organisation that is expanding its community Physiotherapy services across the Manly area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist looking for a role that combines clinical autonomy, flexibility and genuine support, while helping clients improve their mobility, confidence and independence within their own homes.

The Opportunity

As a Community Physiotherapist, you’ll work with clients across a range of community and home-based programs, including Rehabilitation in the Home, Hospital in the Home, private services and Support at Home.

Your role will focus on delivering practical, person-centred Physiotherapy that supports rehabilitation, recovery and long-term independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing Physiotherapy assessments within clients’ homes
  • Developing individualised rehabilitation and exercise programmes
  • Supporting clients to improve strength, mobility, balance and function
  • Falls prevention and mobility strategies
  • Supporting clients following illness, injury or hospital admission
  • Helping older Australians maintain their independence and remain living safely at home
  • Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly
  • Working collaboratively with nurses, care partners and other Allied Health professionals

The service has a strong focus on prevention, early intervention and reablement, with the opportunity to see the meaningful impact your treatment has on clients in their everyday environment.

About You

I’d love to speak with Physiotherapists at all stages of their careers, whether you’re an experienced clinician looking for greater flexibility or a new graduate wanting to build your skills within a supportive environment.

You’ll need:
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in rehabilitation and community-based care
  • Confidence working autonomously while remaining connected to a broader clinical team
  • Good organisation and time-management skills
What’s On Offer?

This organisation offers an excellent range of benefits alongside a supportive clinical environment, including:

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities
  • Manageable caseloads focused on quality rather than volume
  • Internal training and ongoing professional development
  • Support from senior clinicians and Allied Health leaders
  • Discounts across travel, life and pet insurance
  • Discounts across entertainment, cinema, hotels and attractions
  • Genuine career development and progression opportunities within a growing national organisation

If you’re looking to step away from a traditional clinic environment and want more variety, autonomy and the opportunity to deliver meaningful care in the community, I’d love to hear from you.
