Recovery Station is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 2–3 days per week, delivering services across adults in homes, clinics and community settings on the Central Coast.
You will assess and treat adults with disability or age-related changes, provide mobility and falls prevention, equipment advice and education to clients, families and carers, supported by strong supervision and administrative support.
Looking for a Physiotherapy role where you can work with adults, make a genuine difference and have the flexibility to structure your week around your life?
Join our experienced multidisciplinary allied health team supporting adults across NDIS, DVA and Aged Care in their homes, clinic and community settings.
We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 2-3 days per week, with the flexibility to build a working week that suits you.
Work with a varied adult caseload across, supporting people living with disability, neurological conditions and age-related changes.
You’ll work with clients with different goals, abilities and life experiences, making every day different.
Your role may include:
Work with clients where they live and where life happens - in their homes, at the park, in the pool, at the gym or out in the community.
Every client is different, and so is every day.
You’ll have the opportunity to understand what matters most to each person and use your clinical skills to help them move better, build confidence, stay independent and participate in the things they enjoy.
Make your clinical work meaningful by working with your clients, striving for personal goals important to them.
We understand that life doesn't always fit neatly around a 9-5 working week.
Whether you're balancing family, study, other commitments or simply want greater control over your time, you'll have genuine autonomy over how you structure your week.
You can arrange your client appointments, report writing, supervision and professional development around your commitments, supported by your administration team member who helps manage your scheduling and coordination.
This is flexibility in practice - not just the option to work from home.
You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team and receive the support you need to grow your skills and confidence.
We offer:
You can also connect with colleagues through our Erina clinic, supervision and team events, while working from home when appropriate.
Our dedicated administration team member supports scheduling, coordination and compliance, helping reduce the administrative load so you can focus on what matters most - your clients and their outcomes.
We're looking for a Physiotherapist who:
For more than 20 years, Recovery Station has proudly delivered high-quality, evidence-based allied health services across disability, DVA and aged care in community, home and clinic settings.
If you're looking for a role where you can work with a diverse adult caseload, do meaningful community-based work, have genuine flexibility and be supported to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
