Echuca Regional Health is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our Community/Outpatient Allied Health team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week, 32 hours per fortnight).

This role offers the opportunity to develop clinical expertise within a multidisciplinary environment and to contribute to mentoring junior staff, with potential for career progression and strong emphasis on person-centred care and quality improvement.

About the Role:

Echuca Regional Health is seeking motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community/ Outpatient Allied Health team.

This is a great opportunity to further develop your clinical expertise, contribute within a multidisciplinary environment, and play an active role in supporting and mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain a specialist clinical caseload aligned with department services, including advanced practice roles where appropriate, and provide expert consultation on clinical matters.
• Lead and support the clinical development of staff and students through supervision, mentoring, and promotion of evidence-based practice.
• Contribute to departmental operations, including workload distribution, service coordination, and care planning across Physiotherapy program areas.
• Support the Manager in service planning, quality improvement initiatives, and administrative functions to enhance departmental performance.

Qualifications/experience required:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with AHPRA registration
• Strong organisational, clinical reasoning, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in inter-professional teams.
• Proven commitment to person-centred care, quality improvement, professional development, and supervision of junior staff and students.
• Commitment to quality, safety, innovation and ERH CARE values.
